Havnt seen this one posted in the forum yet and I think it's the best looking by far. What's your thoughts on it? This will be my first mustang so I'm not sure what all the big names for certain parts are. Personally I love the way it looks I just want to know how well it performs.

I was looking at this the other day. One thing is for sure, the price is great! Especially considering its painted. The design is pretty good from the looks of it, probably a little better than the CAI's out there that have an open filter where the factory air box once sat (for heat reasons), although I still think a closed airbox that incorporates the factory air inlet tube (such as the Airaid kits for the 15') is better. But, no way to know until they, or someone else, does real world testing and provides some numbers. I bought a JLT kit, but if I was in the market for a CAI I would definitely wait for some numbers.

MMR is a great company, I have multiple products from them on my 15' and all my other mustangs in the past, so I'm sure the design and performance is good.

I noticed it doesn't require a tune, which makes me think it may not have the flow as JLT, Steeda, etc. Unless it has a removable restrictor I'd personally not go with it, even though it looks great and priced competitively.

Looks great thats for sure.. Not sure if im going with an intake anytime soon. First mod for me is going to be a Tune. Im probably going to go Tune and exhaust only for awhile and then wait a couple years for the bigger mods like bigger turbos and stuff to come out before i start adding more like intercooler and things.. Part of me wants to wait maybe a year even for the tunes to see how they pan out and buy the best!

Any more input on this CAI guys? Looking to purchase soon and this is the only design I'm liking at the moment. But if gains are non exesistant, what's the point?
