Thoughts on E-Force stage 1 - 2019 A10 GT

Hey guys, I've done a lot of reading on the E-Force kit. Their Stage 1 looks like a solid choice for 7k, with tune included. What's everyone's opinion on this kit? We have another 2019 at home now that I'd like to run some FI, nothing crazy and I'd be happy with 570whp. The car is completely stuck aside from a x-pipe. It will live on 93 octane, not looking for crazy power just something with good drivability.

Is it worth the extra 600 for the tune, or should I just go for the $6,500 dollar kit and have Lund or PBH tune it? I have a new Ngauge sitting around.

For your goals, the base kit mentioned with the bundled tune will be more than fine. It drives well, very much like stock.

However, if it costs $600 extra for their tune, you're better off spending that money on a Lund, PBH or AED tune.

If I could do it over again, I think I would've spent a little extra and done the Whipple.... or even the Vortech.

I was going to purchase the Edelbrock initially, was a really nice kit. The black friday sale put the Whipple stage 2 within 7-800$ of the Edelbrock, which is why I went that route.

Maybe EB has improved their tune. However, there have been a number of customers complain about poor drivability...surging, stalling, etc. I have no direct experience with them but when I was looking to buy a SC, the complaints about the EB tune were numerous.

I would also buy the EB again in a heartbeat. I went directly to a Lund tune and couldn’t be happier!

Sure, maybe other options may make a little more peak HP when wringing them out, but for a daily driver street car there’s really nothing better.
