Does anybody have experience with a Stage 1 Whipple & A10 automatic? Do you use the flight control to reduce power in early gears? How does the car drive overall on the street? Thanks.

Flight control isn't available for Gen 3 cars(A10). I have a stage 2 and drivability is comparable to stock.

Thanks. Is flight control not necessary with an auto? Just curious. Thanks.

Whipple was supposed to do flight control for the 18’s. And a flex tune. But they lost interest and moved on to developing other projects.

We tried reducing torque in lower gears using HPtuners. It worked on the m6 but not the a10.

17 with Whipple G5S2 here. I used to play with Flight Control all the time but honestly I don’t anymore now. Just be judicious with the gas pedal in the lower gears. I have a mechanical boost gauge which helps me more precisely control it in lower gears.
