Those who Added Headers after a Tune

I curious from those of you have added headers after a tune is there a significant gain? I have looked it seems most have done both the tune and headers and intakes all at the same time. The reason I am asking is that the tunes and intake seem to make very decent power gains and was curios how much more the headers gain?

I think every time I've seen gains that high they've also eliminated the cats. That alone could account for half the gain.

Thats why I am going with the green cats they are supposed to flow the same as a straight pipe. They are also 49 state compliant, time will tell.
