Seemed to be seized in place. What your tricks ?

So far I heated them up and hit em with some deep creep
to soak overnight.

Also, the passenger side looks like a bitch to get too. Can
it be done without removing the factory header ? Thanks !

Try an O2 socket and impact?
Heating up the bung should have have broke it free

Use a touch of antiseize next time!

Cut the wires off right at the sensor, then use a deep socket and a long ratchet or breaker bar to work it back and forth while spraying PB Blaster/penetrating oil into the threads as you move it. If you can't get a socket over it, at least this will allow you to get the closed end of a wrench on it.

Balls was that hard to get out ... old one smells like horsepower and regret.

One down, one to go.

They're easier to get out if you cut the cats off first... Lol

Wildhorse what site did you order your sensor from? I just received a set from a partsgeek site that aren't wideband and definitely won't work. Nobody near me seems to have any in stock either. Don't feel like ordering a wrong set again. Link would be appreciated.

One trick i learned from a rust belt mechanic... use brake fluid.... let it soak for 10min. Should come off much easier after that. I had one that i couldn't get off either and almost rounded the nut on the O2 sensor. Once i threw brake fluid on it, it came right out.
