I haven't checked to see what my average mpg is. I only check my fuel gage level, being that I didn't buy my car for fuel efficiency lol. Perhaps I may check it one day. But 28 to 33 mpg ain't bad.

I had to do a drive from Round Rock to Katy and I averaged 28mpg with 500 miles on the car. It's a fantastic long distance cruiser.

The only Mustangs that get the GG tax are the Shelby's, the Bullitt & the Mach 1 M6. If you paid a tax on a regular GT you got ripped off.

The GG tax is Federal and clearly added to the Mulroney sticker.

I frankly couldn’t care less what the car gets for mileage. I’m no where near rich but I didn’t buy the car for MPG but MPH.

These new (2018+) Mustangs are able to get pretty good fuel economy in part because of the gearing. The M6 has two overdrive gears and the A10 shifts as quick as possible in normal mode to get to peak efficiency (for fuel mileage).

I had time to kill so set cruise control to 72 and got 29.4 mpg for a good stretch on the highway a few days ago. That’s with AC on in a 2019 Bullitt. Driving at high 80s was getting 24.5 a few days earlier. My 9000 mile average is about 16mpg. I usually get about 14 mixed driving.
