And who says owning the first model year of a new car is a bad thing?

Oh, and the UAW workers want a raise?

Anyone remember the quality issues in the 20 GT500s?

A bunch of people who don't care except for when it's lunch or time to go home.
Are you trying to say 2020 was a good year? Didn't you have your own thread on QC issues with your 20? Pinched hoses and a wiring harness rerouted from what I recall. Not trying to bust balls but there have been issues with all years. I got lucky with the spark plug seals but who knows about the cup plugs I guess. Knock on wood my 22 500 seems to have been built by some who care. And if we're keeping track, the model year 19 for GT350's were QC disasters too. Missing R wings and seat delete panels.

Oh there’s no assumption, you’re as transparent as air. Notice how others agree with me, none with you. So the only ass here is clearly not me 🤣🤡
RIGHT. It not be the brotherhood . Funny thing, you get so upset when flaws in these cars are pointed out. Why is that?

Once I got my QC issues worked out, the car has been great. The thought of someone having to rip into my engine would really piss me off.

newer equipment doesn't suddenly magically make body panels fit all correctly, keep nicks off steering wheels, and scratches off molding... diligent careful workers do.

unions are mobs at least and terrorist organizations at their worst. if its the first year "oh they're still working out kinks" if its my 2022 its "oh its old equipment". mother flipper the car was only made for 4 years and the chassis for 8 at that point.
Yawn, if the part is not stamped out correctly because of worn tooling and equipment, it isn't going to fit correctly, it isn't the 70's were they use a sof shims to get it close.

everything i've seen has been poorly assembled which has been verified by aligning the panels correctly with some effort. you know, the effort the people at the factory didn't put in.

subtext: because they suck at their job.

Reading comprehension is not your forte I see. Feel free to quote anywhere on any page where I’ve shown disdain for someone “respectfully” pointing out a flaw?
Nope, I have issue with asshats who come into pages they have no business in and spewing their vitriol as a means of attention seeking.
The problem isn’t your message, the problem is you.

Mustangs could use some better fit and finish, but I don't think that's on the assemblers.

Having said that, the UAW demands as reported are not tenable.

I hope the realize that the reason they feel the need to make these demands is because of the way most of them voted. Maybe they'l vote different next time.

Don't forget the smoke breaks.

They get smoke breaks?
Yea,
And you know what they smoke on those breaks don't you?
I hate to say it but, it's green, the name starts with an "M" and I don't mean "Marlboro"....
