Few more pics today with V8Venom. I've been starting to feel a LOT more confident shooting in manual mode as opposed to automatic. For me, it seems that once I set my settings, I can feel confident that the next few pictures in the same angle/spot will come out great and not have to worry about annoying exposure problems.

When I was in automatic earlier, I noticed that one pic was underexposed and one was overexposed, assuming it's because of where I was focusing (I guess?). So manual is working out really well

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My A6000 showed up on Thursday. Absolutely awesome camera; although now I have to get use to this one, haha.
Didn't have a lot of time to try it out- but I managed to get a few pics yesterday before beating the storm home. Not the best pics, but hopefully I'll have more time this week to actually get some real, quality pictures and see what this can do.

Ok. So tomorrow is new tire day. I have had the idea of how to do these shots for quite a while, but didn't have the time. Sorry, but I did not have time to wash and wax before this shoot. Shot these all my self, no assistant. Used the timer on 10 second delay, and set the camera to take 9 shots in a row, 2 seconds apart. All triggered remotely to start by my iPhone. Let me know what you think.

That is one beautiful car!
In the most respectful way possible...whenever I see a car like that, all I can think is "bottom out on a poptart yo!".

If anyone gets that reference...I will be amazed.

You're shooting crop sensor right? I need a new 50 1.4. Mine has seen a few thousand pics. The focus started to warp and stick. Had to disassemble and smooth it out and reassemble. Works great now but was super stressful taking the damn thing apart. I probably have 30,000 pics on that lens, easy.
Yes sir, crop sensor. Couldn't imagine getting a 50mm lol.

Replying to follow this thread. I didn't shoot this pic I had a friend who is a photographer do it. I just recently bought a DSLR and starting to learn a little bit of photography.
