Well, thank you! You're funny, as well. Seems like you & I are always performing on the same stage here when it's open mic night at the ADM comedy club.

Oh how the wishful thinking seems to only focus on the personal self interest rather than the bigger picture.
^^^ You've described yourself perfectly. Feels good to openly & publicly confess, doesn't it?

Not understanding ancillary terms and actions. Can cause a lot of otherwise intelligent people to bang their heads. Thinking outside the only frame of reference they have causes head explosions.
It's a good thing I understand that stuff. Just because an airline claims they are a low-cost carrier does not mean that their airline tickets will come cheap and you will then have to take checked baggage into account. Heck, some airlines charge you to use the overhead bins! Ancillary revenue folks. You need to take that into account.

I look forward to a day when manufacturers and/or the government force car dealers to sell everything for MSRP. Ah, the beauty of knowing that we'll never again have to sell most every vehicle for thousands below MSRP and - more often than not - for the invoice total or less. That day can't come soon enough, IMO.
Government forcing dealers to sell at MSRP. I did some research on that

Yes just what we need, our governments having more control over our lives LMFAO

A freakin men! Bordering politics, but every time someone wants something but can't do for themselves, they want to run to the government for more rules and regulations. Then they complain about oversight, privacy etc when they wanted more gov involvement! And it happens on both sides of the red/blue.

People forget this is a free market capitalist ECONOMY. Not form of government. How about they tell you what you have to sell your used car for? Not so peachy now huh. Want other people to be forced to sell THEIR goods to you at a cost you like but not yours to someone else huh?

Don't like adm, don't pay it. It's pretty simple, people. Leave the government out of it. No laws are being broken.

You know I was being sarcastic, right? I'm a huge advocate of our free market economy setting prices. Gov't can stay the heck out of pricing issues, IMHO.

Five oh was being sarcastic about the government thing.

I hope you all are consistent about wanting government out of the market. If you are then you should want an end to all the protectionist franchise laws that prevent manufacturers from selling direct to the public.

I joke here in Canada, " Its a free country as long as you do what you are told"
Its funny, but not so much. Free market is a good thing.
Most things are far to regulated. Most consumers can take car of themselves
and make decisions based on what they can afford, let this control markets.

And yes I realized you were joking. :)

Greed conquers all. A dealer who touts that they run their business on Christian principals wanted to know if I was willing to pay over $100k for an R.

It was god's will to give that dealership an R allocation, I am sure they will make a small donation to the church

Oh come on! Which of the ten commandments is he breaking?

There is a passage in the bible that says it is difficult for a rich man to make it into heaven, but it also says with God all things are possible. I would say most people who have the money to buy a GT350 are rich.

I hope that day never arrives! That would mean the the free enterprise system is no longer operating and that business would longer be conducted according to supply and demand. The scariest word that you used in the post is government...I NEVER want to see the government involved in any market!
