I just did the same thing, as well. Cost me $2k more to get a similarly-equipped GT. Couldn't be happier to not only be back in a V8 in general, but I enjoy having a less finicky/high-maintenance engine.

exactly how i felt when i sold my FBO 2011 WRX. wasn't sure how much longer i had til the engine popped.

besides the engine ticking after an early oil change and the #8 failure on the coyotes back in the day, it seems like it's a solid powerplant that's bulletproof all the way up to 700whp.

You can with GFs for even less than that, but trading in a defective wife costs a butt-load of money. Especially if she has a good attorney.
