Got a call from ford today and wanted to know if i wanted to test drive the new stang on Sept 20th at my dealer at 10:00. So I say of course!

No Idea but the lady was very nice. Then I got to do a survey for her.....She got top marks

Production. As many people have heard in emails from Ford, including myself. Ford expects Mustangs to be showing up in dealer lots in late September. I think the 20th counts as late September. So unless they have some serious QC issues, the 20th seems perfectly reasonable.
