Temperature / Clock Settings

1.) This might be a boomer question but is there a way to show outside temperature and clock on the center dash screen and not have to rely on home screen on center console? I’m usually connected to CarPlay so my center console screen isn’t defaulted to home screen.

2.) Also, is there quicker way to access home screen when connected to CarPlay as I have to click the physical sound setting button and then touching the top left home screen button.
