TECH PACK MY 1ST HPDE NO LIMP MODE

I started this thread in order to add more data to the tech pack limp mode problem. It seems some members didn't think the cool track conditions mattered. I don't agree because we need to compile all the data we can to understand what is going on. So if your car does not go into limp mode on the track please report it and the track conditions. On the other hand if your car does go into limp mode please report it and the track conditions. As the season gets going we should start to see lots more data coming in that will be useful to all.

AMEN BROTHER!!!! Thank you for sharing your results and capabilities of the base/tech car in other than hot conditions. That is how you data sample and identify issues and resolve faults.

(I have contacted FP about the coolers a couple of weeks ago..their reply, "If we go forward with them, it'll be later this year." I wasn't happy about the "If" but understood the reps reluctance to speak definitively..)

I agree "if" is not what we want to hear. I am going to call FP next week. I might get a different rep with a different answer. Will let you know.
