When I first picked my mustang up everything worked great now for some reason it won't play anything from my phone or ipod. when I try to play stuff from my iPod it'll display the song and how far it is into it but no music at all and when I try to play music from my phone via Bluetooth it disconnects my phone and reconnects it immediately and goes back to regular radio. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks!

Pull fuse 32 in the passenger side kick panel or disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 2 min. This should reset the sync module and everything should work. I have this same issue and it has to do with the sync module itself. About every month you will need to reset the module.

Every MONTH!!?? That's crazy!my 13 Fusion SE has a base stereo which comes with sat radio as well.. And it's iver a year and a half old with NO issues. Everything works fine. I'd bring the car back and have them take care of it under warranty. That shouldn't happen
