Sync 3 Upgrade Assembly - Will it work?

So I found this Sync 3 module so I can upgrade my MFT Sync 2 in my 2015 Ecoboost Premium on the 2gfusion forum and I am just trying to figure it out
1. will it work on the Mustang?
2. Does it have everything I need to follow the instruction from the Sync 3 swap thread?
3. Should I get it or not?

Coming from a Sync3 car and back to Sync 2 sucks and I really want to upgrade it to 3 to get Android Auto so any help would be highly appreciated!
