Swap Recaro's for Tech Package Seats?

Short story: Does anyone know if it is possible to swap the Recaros in a Tech Pack otherwise base GT500 with the seats that would normally come with the Tech Pack (In terms of wiring, etc.)? I am assuming wiring harness should still be there just not used?

Long story: Have a GT500 on order but with the recent plant shutdowns delivery dates are uncertain. I've found another GT500 already at a dealer close by and they are willing to make a deal but it does have the Recaro's. Now I know most folks will actually want these but I am pretty much never going to track this car and it's use will mostly be for short and long distance road trips. I am a normal to skinny kinda guy but tall (170lbs at 6'3") so seat adjustability is important to me.
A friend of mine just got a GT500 off the lot with the tech package seats and he'd love to swap for the Recaros. I get that resale value might be an issue down the road if you don't have all the factory parts but I'd hate to buy this car and then be uncomfortable on on 5 hour road trips...
Does anyone happen to know the exact difference in adjustability between the 6 way seats vs. the 4 way Recaros?

Recaro has 6 points of adjustability. Seat height, forward and rear sliding, and seat back angle. They are all manually adjusted. The standard seats are electric motor operated and add lumbar in and out adjustment. They also come heated and cooled.

I don’t know if the wiring is available for a swap but the heat/cool switches and seat memory switches certainly are not. You’d have to swap door panels and center dash panels to get those without hacking up the car.

And if you did the swap, I have no idea if the whole system would work. Go to your Ford dealer and sit in a premium Mustang, they have the same seats.

I just did the swap from Recaros to the Base Tech Pack Seats in my 2020 GT500!!!
The swap for the car getting the Recaros is a DIRECT BOLT-IN!!! You will have to REMOVE (SWAP OUT) the FOLLOWING:
THE CENTER DASH PANEL, if you want the Heating & Cooling to Work! (I DIDN'T)
The swap for the car getting the BASE SEATS (WITH MEMORY) will have to REMOVE (SWAP OUT) the Driver's Side Door Panel (With all the SWITCHES), Wiring Harness & DDM (Driver Door Module)!!!
You will also have to REMOVE (SWAP OUT) the DSM (Driver Seat MODULE), PDM (Passenger Door Module) & Wiring Harness from the BASE SEAT CAR to the Recaro CAR!!!

Hey, David. The only standard seat I've been in was yours. :-) Comfortable enough but being a skinny little fella, I much prefer the way the Recaros "hug." I'll never take a long trip in the vehicle but if that was in the cards, I think I'd probably rather have the regular seats.

I like the that the seats are comfortable, but boy are they cheaply made. I have already changed the seat cushion twice and stretched the so called leather as much as I could, but still get an indentation in the seat when I get out. The cushion needs to be a litter thicker with more rebound in it. The dealer will only sell the recaro seats piece by piece, which adds up to way to much. Will keep looking. Hope all is well Kent.

Just awhile back there was a set on ebay for 9k from someone just around the corner from me, I made an offer but he never budged. They are not listed anymore. Nice move trading them straight up.
