The complete fuel system is run off our KPM PWM Fuel System Controller. It mimics your standard FPDM and only drives the fuel pumps as required. eg at idle low duty cycle and as power demand is increased ramps up duty cycle and turns the required pumps on for the extra delivery.
This means that you are only using the fuel pumps as required for the power demand.
It is extremely important with 2 or more fuel pumps to do this to ensure fuel stays cool and dense.
Cool dense fuel avoids vaporization, which lead to possible delivery starvation issues.
Cool dense fuel retains the energy in the fuel allowing for the maximum power from your set up.
Cool dense fuel delivery to your engine reduces the chances of detonation and worst case scenarios of engine failure.
The KPM PWM Fuel System Controller is a direct fit to your vehicle wiring. We supply all correct length wiring utilizing OE connectors to ensure it is all plug and play.
All the wiring is of high amperage rating and shielded against EMI to ensure no interference with any OE vehicle systems.
All you need to do is route the wiring as per instructions and plug in. No cutting , no fuss. Everything is done for you.
The KPM PWM Fuel System Controller is pre-programmed. It will mimic your tuners calibrations as per normal tuning. eg , your tuner can set the calibration to run at whatever pressures he wants. There is nothing extra for him to know or change. The KPM system will also work with your
