Thanks for reply. I am def documenting the mileage and amount of oil. I was quite shocked about this because I did proper break in, before blower install and babied it until I got passed the 1500 mile roush blower recommended break in for blower.
I also added the UPR dual catch can set up on the car, havent checked that yet...
How did you break in the engine? This could be your problem. If you babied the car to break in the engine like you did to break in the supercharger then there’s your problem. You did not seat the ring properly and you might not ever get them to seat. If you did baby it I recommend you go out and do some hard pulls from a roll up to about 100mph then let it coast back down without putting the clutch in, keep the RPMs up. try and get those rings to seat

Any car using 1-2 quarts oil in couple thousand miles is leaving a smoke screen behind or has a leak. Just my ignorant opinion.

My brother's Subaru Forester uses at least a quart every 500 miles. No visible blue smoke at all.

When the catalyst's are still in place, it is truly amazing what they can filter out/cover up smoke wise.
