Not sure if this is a problem or not. I'm not well versed in BOV'S

With my ESS kit I got the Summit BOV. My Two questions are about the banjo fitting

#1 The Banjo fitting shows online that it comes with Crush washers. Mine didn't. Should I have these? Or Does ESS pull these out of the kit for a reason (like the second spring) I'm pretty sure without them, I'm have a little leak.

#2 The fitting it's self has a hole in the screw/bolt Should that hole perfectly align with the hole in the in the barb fitting?

Picture for reference

It should have crush washers. You definitely want those to seal it up.

It would be useless without crush washers

YOu definitely need the washers - the hole in the bolt does not need to line up with the barb, there is a channel all the way around the inner circumference of the banjo fitting

Any auto parts store should have an assortment of copper or aluminum crush washers you can get that will fit

I feel this. I swapped my precision BOV for a tial BOV under the car and getting the clamp to fit without having the oring fall out or pinch was a colossal pain.

That's right you were doing your install a out the same time I was I think? Basically same set up G2 right?

How is it going? I'm loving mine so far. Even with a few vacuum leaks I had to track down.

I love it! So much fun! Blower whine is like a drug.

I've also had some vac leaks here and there that threw off the bov. Got that fixed, added a varex valved exhaust, and now eying an 18+ intake.

It definitely put a smile on my face even with just the base tune.
