Can I replace BOV banjo Bolt with This fitting

So I don't like Banjo bolts. Never have. Using two metal washers givese a pointless anxiety..yes I know my anxiety over it is pointless no need to explain to me why I'm stupid I already know.

Anyway, assuming thread size/pitch and Barb size are all correct couldnt I just use a basic Nipple like this (maybe not this exact one but you get the idea)
