Ok so edit-after all the comments and concerns people had im changing the material out and getting rid of it. Im not a huge fan of how it looks and even i know it looks sloppy. It is just a test to see what it looks like. I'm gonna get a different color suede and have it professionally installed. Plus i wanted some stitching in there as well.

i respect everyones opinion! Thanks for all the input, after a few days of seeing it, it does look pretty bad but I'm someone who always attempts it myself first and if I really cant then ill have someone else do it. So I'm changing this from a DIY to just seeing what people like/dislike. And please if you guys know any good installers of fabric and upholstery in the Southern California area please recommend them. I have one place in mind but not sure how good they'll be.

Umm, ok. I'm a pretty positive type of guy and enjoy what folks do their cars to make them their own, but I have to say this looks terrible. It looks like you have scraped the suede or got some of the adhesive on it.

Putting that aside I'm just not a fan of seeing the different way the nap (?) looks when brushed one way or the other.

I give you credit for trying but I think its time to take it to a professional.

If you're happy with it then that's all that matters.

But that said it is a very sloppy install. And if that is glue on the fabric I hope you can get it off.

Props for the attempt at doing something different. My recommendation... remove it all and start all back over using the knowledge you now have...
