Stupid ASE or ANC in GT350 Causing Idling Issues?

So I am in the car with the flaps closed, I noticed there is this weird "rough idle" bassy type "cough" literally feels like the engine has a rough idle. Tach shows NO variation in rpms. So I just so happened to open the door, and it stopped. That was odd. So I go into the back seat, and then close the driver door. It began again! So then I used a flash light and looked up at the rear deck speakers and they were vibrating and moving. There was small flutter and bass coming from them. So that "cough" and bass hits were coming from all the speakers.

Is this normal? Its aggravating because it makes the idle feel like its rough and poor yet its the speakers doing it.
