I had weird electrical issues on my 19ZLE. I was getting "service stabilitrack " error codes. The car would loose power steering at low speeds.
Before I moved last month and bought a house with a garage I used to keep my cars covered in my driveway over the winter months.
I would take the batteries out, put them in the basement on trickle chargers until the spring. The issue with my ZLE turned out to be that I failed to fully seat one of the battery terminal connections when I put the battery back in the car in the spring.
Make sure it's not something as simple as that before you drop the dough on a new battery.
