I am looking for front and rear strut tower bars. I want to reduce some of the body roll. These have worked great on cars of mine in the past.
I cant find any for the mustang.

2016 GTPP
Current Suspension Mods:
Steeda Stop the Hop kit
FRPP track suspension
Project 6gr square 285 set up
Rear seat delete

Any suggestions?

Thanks

If you have a GT PP you already have a strut tower brace.

Are you referring to sway bars?

No the stock PP one is only a 2 point and doesn't seem like it is tight enough to help at high speed corners. Looks like its more for show.

I see ford has a racing one for that attaches to the cowell as well.
Has anyone used Steeda? Does it seem more rigid?

Has anyone made a rear one? Or maybe it would make the car too rear happy?

Look closely - if you have the two point strut tower brace, three point one going back towards firewall and bolted to the body right at the back of the engine compartment should be right underneath it. It's black.

If you have the PP car, you have the upper k-member brace which is what does all the work. The strut tower brace across the engine... meh can't be much. Body roll is mitigated by sway bars and/or stiffer springs. Buy these, don't look back.

dkoz I agree with you on the effectiveness of these. I bought a Steeda strut tower brace and can't remember if I installed it before or after my Steeda sway bars with billet mounts but I definitely noticed a difference! I have the EB PP which comes with the 3-point strut tower brace but was missing the 2-point that goes straight between the struts over the engine cover. Yours being a GT should have both the 3-point and the 2-point as others have mentioned. Although a brace for the rear was possible on the S197 and up through 2014, the IRS makes that impossible on the S550.

You have the K-brace if you have a PP. You don't need more than that.

K-brace on top. Tower brace is below it. A PP car has both.

I have an Ecoboost PP, it only came with the K-Brace. I added the strut tower brace and it made a very noticeable improvement in the composure of the car over rough pavement.

I latter added the Steeda rear subframe braces and got a like improvement in composure on rough pavement and a significant reduction in wheel hop.

I then purchased the BMR lower K-Brace that ties the lower control arm pivot to the front sub frame back near where it attaches to the body. This too improved the composure of the car on rough pavement.

I am very satisfied with the results the parts made stiffening the chassis.
