Has anyone had this happen?
I recently had to remove the driver side front wheel due to a puncture thanks to a screw in the tire - I replaced it with a spare that I had purchased - I definitely know this spare does not have a sensor fitted. I expected that the system would come up with an error/fault/flat indication on the dash - nothing at all. When I took it for a run for about 1/2 an hour, (the punctured tire stayed in the garage) the 3 originals showed an increase from 34psi to 38psi as they warmed up - as per normal, but the one with the spare stayed at 34psi. No warnings, nothing.
I tried the reset through the dash, no change, turned the car on and off, let the spare down to 0psi, still no warnings, and the reading still stays on 34psi.
I'm confused!

Should go away after a while. I still have my original wheels in the garage, I go out with the car and come back and the sensors are still reading even though i haven’t been home in a while. It does go away after a little while tho.

Completely normal.

I takes 100-200 miles for the car to report an error connecting to a sensor. During that time it will just show the last value it read. It will definitely throw the error eventually.
