Stock shock mount failed; what are my replacement options?

As the title states, one of my rear shock mounts has completely failed. I need a replacement ASAP. Ordering an OEM one is problematic.

Right now I'm leaning towards the BMR shock mounts. Will they directly bolt in, and work with the factory shocks?

We have spacer kits if you change from 10mm to 12mm.
