I just put in a dry flow filter and like the results. My question are there any restriction in the stock air box or tube?

Unless you have a spare $300+ for the Air Raid CAI the answer is ”not enough to worry about”.I just put in a dry flow filter and like the results. My question are there any restriction in the stock air box or tube?
Those are junk, worse than the stock box, at least it is sealed .Unless you have a spare $300+ for the Air Raid CAI the answer is ”not enough to worry about”.
Even then, op would have to be at WOT all the time to realize any gains.Unless you have a spare $300+ for the Air Raid CAI the answer is ”not enough to worry about”.

No. There are no modifications known for the stock box on a 3.7. The filter is all the improvement you are going to get with a stock tune.Yeah just wondering if the stock box can be improved cheaply
I think most people do CAI's for appearances as they do look much better than the stock boxes.Even then, op would have to be at WOT all the time to realize any gains. Those things are a waste of money IMHO for the average driver.
I do it for the woosh sounds.I think most people do CAI's for appearances as they do look much better than the stock boxes.
No. Nothing involving the CAI is going to make a difference. Maybe move on to another part of your car.The tube which replaces the flex tubing are any benefit?
