A bunch of things make a car feel raw. One big one is noise. The mustang has so much deadening that you can't hear anything. This also adds weight, with the evo you hear the drivetrain noise, motor noise, etc.

With an exhaust and what not the car will feel more raw.

Another thing, there are a lot of bushings that need to be done on this car. I did poly bushings on every joint with the evo, the car became instantly tighter.

Coilovers are another big thing, after a big dip this car kind of bounces.

With some minor work this car will give you more feedback, it just needs some work. As it sits I'm very impressed.
great input-makes perfect sense.

look forward to seeing your build and track progress

I have the Eb with PP and I feel like it's neutral so far. Although I can get it to rotate with some throttle. I'll be at the track this weekend and I'll see what it does at the limit.
This was my opinion also. The sportlines add a little oversteering. Just about perfect for controllable fun.
