Nope not yet. I test driven all 3 motors and I was really jumping back and forth between ecoboost and v6. I finally made a decision and im getting an ecoboost PP. Im just waiting for my dealer to get it from another dealer in the area but it has yet to be delivered from factory. You...

Interesting...have you been keeping the clutch down for a second or two after start? Limit the software detect that drop in rpm? good luck

what do you think about the base ecoboost break setup? Again, as mentioned in another thread, I may be leaning towards a bare bone ecoboost and I was wondering if the break setup would not be enough? besides not looking as good.:) I would like to do a track day.

thats not what this car is about, like all ecoboosts mustangs, its a road course handling beast. I would like to know Lateral grip, and HP/TRQ numbers? :cheers:

hey, I posted a few times and thanksmfor all the help. If my salesman found a car with the options i want but it 200miles away can the flatbed it back? He said they will send a guy to drive it back- no flat beds. Not sure if i feel comfortable with that..lots of young guys working...

Yeah, that build is looking pretty tough and I bet it will ride/drive beautifully! Very impressive.

Yeah they are very experienced guys too. So when they say "oh that car is so much better than this one!" More than likely they are spot on. Plus, the people they have on set for interviews are great! Often high profile people.

Their podcasts are the best available! I've listened to everyone of their casts since last summer. It is very informative and I've learned so much from them. Their style matchs mine (track style, driver focused cars). They are the same guys from /Drive. Check them out!

100% agree with you. Ever since the ecoboost started hitting magazines and reviews online i always thought it was an Evo version RWD platform. Nice!

I listen to TheSmokingTire podcasts. He has been talking about the ecoboost and always stated how much he and his crew love it. Hes a big mustang guy and is currently building his own mustang. Additionally, he has a crazy stage 3 fiesta st that he loves to rip around and takes on track days...
