I'm bumping up an old thread here. I found I have the same clunking noise that the OP shows in the video.
I did some investigating and was thinking I'd have to replace the entire rack like a few have to fix the clunking.
I then started searching F150 info for similar issues and found this raptor thread. In his very last post he points out there is an adjustment to tighten up the bushing on his rack. The racks look so similar I am going to get under the car this weekend and see if that adjustment exists on our racks.
