Steeds tri-ax short throw shifter rattle

Recently installed a streeda tri ax shifter into my mustang, and for some reason every time I’m going around 30 40 mph and I’m off the accelerator I get a rattle that comes straight from my shifter. This didn’t happen for the first couple hundred miles with the shifter but it’s now a reoccurring thing every time I go out and drive. I thought it was the little screws on the reverse collar so i tightened them and also got a billet lock out and it still occurs. Nothing changes if it pull the collar up or if i hold it with my hand. Genuinely just stuck.
