is it possible to flash a 5.0 with a current aftermarket tune with another aftermarket tune without going back to stock?
I may have missed this but was the car purchased at a Ford dealer?

Did the handheld tuner that you took a picture of come with the car? If so, the stock tune should be saved in the device. I suggest looking up the instructions for the handheld and see how to flash between tunes and to see what tune is already flashed.

I have a different tuner than what you have and mine shows what tune is currently loaded, as well as what tunes are stored on the device (including the factory tune).
My bad, I just went back and looked at the pic that you posted. That’s actually a handheld code reader and not a tuner correct?
Can you reach out to the dealership where you bought the car and ask them to contact the previous owner of the car to see if it has been tuned and if so, do they still have the handheld tuner. Maybe even have the dealer ask the previous owner to call you. The only other option is to go to the dealer and have them flash it back to stock.

The last two suggestions are the route I would take if I were you. If you end up having to pay the dealer to reflash it back to stock, it shouldn’t be more than an hour of labor.
Have you pulled one or more of your spark plugs to see what they look like? I wonder if they’re fouled.

Take a pic of the driver’s side of the intake manifold. I see something red near the fuel rail. Mine is a 2019 and it doesn’t have that.
