So i was wondering what you guys are using for grease on the sway bars @the mounts to prevent them from squeaking. I used up all of the energy suspension grease that came with them. I've done this once and the front sway bar started to squeak agian today. So wondering what grease you guys are using instead of what came with them. I have the upgraded billet mounts so the grease zerks aren't a option

Thank you for the future imput

as I recall its a special grease, I remember it's rather sticky. I learned along time to get grease the hell out of them having had bars on other cars squeak. I might suggest a marine grade lithium grease? Or call...Energy Suspension and ask them what can be substituted.

I used a crap ton of grease 1 packet per side and instructions call for a packet per sway bar(which worked for the rear sway bar just fine). Yes it very sticky and I hate dealing with it almost as much as gear oil lol

Well shucks... I guess when my rear sway bar starts squeaking I will know exactly why LOL.

Looks like tomorrow for the front I will make sure it gets greased.

I put Eibach sways front and rear about six months ago and now the fronts squeak like a bitch.
I've put sway bars on cars for the past forty years and they all seem to work great or not so great, regardless of the amount (or type?) of lube you put on them..
Energy has the right idea with sipes (grooves) in the bushing face that meets the bar (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ens-9-5173r) but with Eibach and the GT you have to use the OEM saddle clamp (not the Eibach clamp that's shipped with a grease fitting) - so no lubing and no lube channels in the bushings.
In looking at this (I hate the F%4*ing noise) one can cut their own sipes (Dremel) or try some of the other grease types that others swear by:

Energy does make a 35mm bushing BUT it isn't wide enough to match the OEM saddle clamp per measurements I see..

I can make my own grooves in an Eibach bushing, tap the OEM clamp, and add a grease fitting in hopes of an *anti-squeak* maintenance program - what a PITA!

Eibach should have used a bushing that looks like Energy's given us a clamp that has a zerk (just love that word) but has gone cheap on us... For what it's worth..

I went with BMR sway bars. They have sipes built into the bushings and are greaseable. The sway bar mounts are also extremely overbuilt so I don't see any possibility of the mounts flexing under heavy load.
