Got a chance to do a short drive today and impressions so far are good. I was getting worried reading some people talking about the ride being harsher to which I now can say so far, meh. I hit some bumps and felt that the impact felt when the rear hit them was no different than when the front did. I don't think I would descibe the feeling as adding harshness but instead just a tighter more connected feel because you just removed two big marshmallows from in between you and the road. Now I only got to get on it somewhat a few times but I didn't experience any wheelhop and normally I would in very similar situations so to me that is very exciting. I still want to take it out and beat on it some more before I declare victory but outlook is good so far.

Glad to hear the impressions are positive. Are you on stock springs and dampers?

Update, still liking the LCA bushing. As for NVH I honestly think if I didn't know they were in I don't believe I would know it based on ride quality, very close to stock smoothness. One thing though that I didn't expect was I think I can hear my rear end whine more than I did before at highway speeds, either that or the bushings are translating the tire noise more to the chassis but it is minimal as the wife didn't hear it riding with me. I did lay into it on some older rough concrete the other day and got some mild shaking reminiscent of a trace of wheelhop but the black marks left disagreed and were solid so I don't know.

I think I might go ahead with some links soon just to finish it off and maybe the toe knuckle bushing. Does the toe knuckle bushing do anything for straight line grip or is it purely to help in cornering?

In my experience the knuckle bearing can only be felt on corners.

From the other thread, it was concluded that CB005 and Steeda diff inserts don't mix well in terms of NVH. It greatly removes my temptation to get the diff inserts, not that I really desire the effect they give.

I wrote a review earlier in the thread complaining about an overly harsh ride after installing the LCA bearings. Turns out that the shop I got my alignment at after the installation put the wrong size tires on the rear! 255/40-19 instead of 275. I got the correct size put on, and now the ride is nearly as smooth as stock. All my NVH concerns went away after getting the correct size tires on. Still loving the bearings though, they really make a huge difference.

Still absolutely loving this mod! Pain to install but everytime I get on it hard and it doesn't hop makes it worth it. Laid down a few burnouts and they were just smooth solid lines without a hint of skip start to finish and I still have stock links. For anyone fighting the hop this is one that should be on the list.
