Received a new pair of Steeda IRS braces today.

Just wanna say the powdercoat is solid, appears thick enough for complete coverage (no thin spots) and very well done.

After all the "Steeda powdercoat negatives" i've read on here, thought i'd post up when something positive came thru.

Nice work.

Keep us posted on how well they hold up after you‘ve put them through the paces.

Yeah, mine are the rustiest part of my Bullitt. I think I might bedliner them or something after an acid bath.

Oh by rustiest, I mean the only rusty part. My BMR stuff is still fantastic.

Good to hear, hopefully Steeda listened to all of our complaints here on the forum and there powderocating and stepped up and applied more of it.
I'm holding off on buying the IRS BRACES and jacking rails simply due to poor powdercoating....
Btw, u can't even compare Steeda powdercoating to BMR. lol bmr is nice and thick and glossy.. bulletproof. Steeda looks like flat black spray paint that flakes off on contact lol

Thicker is not better.....can chip easily. Bead blast with etch primer and aircraft epoxy is far superior and appropriate for chassis.

Just spray some rock guards on them and you'll be safe.
