I’m planning on purchasing a Stage 2 whipple kit for my 22 Mustang Gt A10 performance pack car. Should make 600-700whp I’m deciding between the Steeda Stop the hop starter kit or the BMR Vertical links and Cradle Lockouts. I currently have a drag pack with NT555Rll rear tire. Also are they noisy? Is one louder than the other? What do you guys recommend?

Thanks in Advance

I have no basis for comparison, but I did the Steeda stop the hop starter kit and the quality seems really high to me. My only concern is it obviously looks non-factory when looking under the car, and the dealership might balk at warranty work, which I'm pretty sure I need due to a weird clunk on the right side axle (unrelated to Steeda).

Steeda all the way. Check my signature. You tell them your plans and they advise w/o overselling. Great quality parts and excellent customer service from @tj@steeda

Here to help :) ... we have plenty of High Horsepower cars running our kits - with the Whipple, you may need to add a few more of the stop-the-hop kit to keep that kind of HP planted ... most SC cars that we do installs on get the Ultimate Kit - but with that being said, I can put you in contact with Rodney who is our build expert & he can advise on best compliment of parts.

Let me know - shoot me your contact info to [email protected]

Best,

TJ

While not all dealerships are built the same, I also had the same concern when I had a clunk and they didn’t bat an eye. In fact, they even pointed out the suspension mods before they immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it under warranty. They even offered a loaner.
