I go relatively often. I haven't driven my Mustang to this event in some time though. I typically show up in a grey 2018 C7 Z06 - FBO, heads, cam....ridiculously loud.
I drove it often for approximately 2 years. The last year or so of ownership, I rarely drove it. I became bored with the 10 speed automatic. I spent a lot more time behind the wheel of my manual cars. I'm located about 30 miles East of Cincinnati.
Sale pending! I never dreamed it would bring this much interest, this fast...and sell for above asking price. Thanks to everyone that reached out to me! If the sale does go through, I will be Mustang-less for the first time in a very long time.
I want to thank everyone on these forums for all...
Thank you! I definitely wonāt be heartbroken if it doesnāt sell!
The ZR1 hasnāt been delivered yet, but itās still stock. The C7 Z06 is much, much faster!
If you are in the Cincinnati area, you can stop by and drive whatever you want!
I bought an automatic primarily for drag racing purposes. Itās definitely faster but is so boring to drive. If it were my only sports car I would have to get rid of it.
Not trying to hijack the thread, but since the comparison between the two is already being debated/discussed on the 2018 + platform - will each system compared in this thread make similar power per lb of boost on 93 octane (all other factors remaining the same)?
I understand the torque and...
I am not attempting to sway the opinions of anyone either. I personally respect the opinions of anyone within reason. For me and my passion for cars, I do not see a way that an EV can be as enjoyable for me. Is change coming...? Absolutely!
When I purchase a vehicle, I solely purchase it due to...
All of my performance vehicles are cat-less. I donāt purchase performance vehicles to leave them stock - hence the sounds and smells comment. I have driven a Tesla Model S but it wasnāt the highest performance variant. A Tesla or some comparable EV would be ok for a daily driver but as a car...
Personally, 99% of the driving experience stems from the sounds and smells associated with driving a performance car. I canāt say that Iāll never own an EV, but I will say that I will never own an electric-based sports car. I own both automatic and manual sports cars. Yes, automatics are faster...
If you are looking for install feedback, I canāt help you as I have a JLT oil separator on my Mustang. I do have a Mighty Mouse Catch Can on a different car and I must say they are extremely well made/designed.
Iām a car guy! I own a Ford, Chevy, and a Dodge. I intend to wait for the C8 Z06 before purchasing another Corvette. Congrats on placing the order! Looks great!
In my opinion, it depends on your goals for the car. If staying N/A, it's hard to beat the value of a 2018 GT in 10 speed auto form. If you intend to add boost at any point, I personally would lean towards the 15-17 platform. If you intend to leave both cars stock, I feel that both will be...
