The wording can be a bit confusing on the TSB and interpreted a couple of ways. Ford could have been a bit more clear that it's the 5.0L GT w/o PP and the Ecoboost with PP.

The header says "5.0L and 2.3L EcoBoost with PP" ... the issue statement says "5.0L or 2.3L EcoBoost with PP".
Thank you GT Pony :) My replacement rotors and pads are being ordered today. The dealer seems to think they will be in next week... from what I've read in this thread, they are on back order.... so who know how long I'll have to wait.

There is a different thread on these forums. It was recently updated and can be found on the first page. Here is the link: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13881&page=2

There isn't much helpful information. Just a couple members complaining about their squealing GT w/PP. I've read a few times that there's a sticker/tag that's being left on some part of the GT w/PP braking system that just needs to get removed. Hopefully your's can be solved that easily. Either way, contact FordService on these forums via private message and include VIN, mileage, name, phone number, and dealer. They'll get the ball rolling for you.
Ok perfect thanks for the help I'll check that thread out and get with ford service...

Had a 50-mile errand to run today, and was listening to squeal at every stop sign, so I dove into the dealership as I passed them on the way back. They sent me out on a drive with a tech, and on about the 10th stop with him in the car, it FINALLY made some noise! Hallelujah! This was my fifth or sixth trip to the dealer, first time I have gotten the car to "sing" for them.

So, we opened an R.O., they will follow up with Ford Service on Tuesday, and hopefully we'll be on the way to getting parts ordered and being done with this matter.

Great way to start the holiday!

Well finally after starting this thread back in December I'm getting the brakes done at Caruso Ford Long Beach this morning. Contacted Jeff first through the forum this past week. He then contacted Mark the Regional CSM. Mark called Caruso Ford and let then know I was coming for my squealing brakes. I had an appointment this morning at 730 and by 8 they told me they had a set of the new rotors/pads ready to install. It will be ready in 2-3 hours. Can't wait tired of breaking neck with brake squeal!

Glad you got it to squeal so that it can be dealt with. Finally! :clap2:

It's such a nice thing when your stock exhaust is louder than your brakes. LOL!

I'm here for you, Rkelly88! When you're ready, just PM your VIN, mileage, name, phone number, and dealer info. I'll enlist some assistance on my end. :D

Got a call from my service advisor at Corwin Ford today. Parts are on order. The pads will be here Monday. The rotors are on national back-order! Yay for us! I guess they'll come in soon enough. But this is progress!

Any idea what the difference between the original pads and rotors and the updated ones being ordered? Are the pads ceramic?

My GT went in the shop this morning and I'll have it tonight. It will be nice not to hear that squeal.

The TSB applies to the rotors and pads, not the calipers.
