Squeak sound on startup, NO A/C

I got a 2015 mustang and a few weeks ago I noticed that it wasn’t really blowing cold air anymore so I got one of those self charging kits, charged it, and it didn’t change anything. This was probably happening each time I started the car before then but I only recently noticed and it makes a loud squeak sound on startup. Is this related to my A/C problem at all?

Maybe, maybe not.
Until you find out what is wrong with the AC there's no way to tell.

You charged the A/C. Did you notice, is the compressor clutch engaging? Were the pressures (high side and low side) in-line with expected? What state is the fan assembly in the engine bay? Is it pulling air through the front o the car (and across the A/C condenser)?
