This is the data I have on Bar Rates, it is all collected from vendor sources not from my own testing so use it as a guide not gospel.

Sway Bar Rates
Hole 1 Hole 2 Hole 3
Stock PP Front 633
Stock PP Rear 217
BMR 35mm H Front 819 938 1084
BMR 25 mm H Rear 325 455 613
Whiteline Front 899 1006 1108

Since "my" stock PP rear specs are almost the same as Dave's these rear numbers might be consistent.

7/8 inch, 22.2 mm .156 wall, .563 ID, 7.75 arm Rate: 214

7/8 inch Strano solid bar:

7.75 (full soft): 256
7 (middle): 314
6.25 (full stiff): 394

1 inch Eibach bar .25 wall thickness per Eibach tech support so .5 ID

7.75: 401
7.0: 491
6.25: 616

The Strano rear bar is a popular choice with S550 FS autocrossers.

So BBSS seems to be the strategy for these cars. I see why the adjustables would help keep the nose down on roll-through. I'm trying to stay in FS so spring changes are not in the cards, nor a true rear C/O. We can swap bars on one end; seems the correct place would be the front - perhaps a 3-way. What are the stock bar rates on the GTpp?
Front bar if you want the rear to stay planted on corner exit (fast out), or rear bar if you want to be faster on corner entry. The comparisons I've seen on this forum seem to show that its a wash on which is faster overall and which bar to pick seems to be driver flavor.

I went strano rear bar with no regrets. The stiffest setting was too much for the stock PZeros and stock PP shocks, but it works well with RE71Rs and Konis.

So far I've been happy with 500/700. I plan on trying 450/750 here soon. I'm still getting to much movement in the rear and would prefer to not raise the car more.

As far as sway bar rates I tested the fronts on a sway bar tester and here is what I go. *all bars were tested to 1.5" of movement

Stock...340 lb/in
Stock/drilled 2" in 475 lb/in

BMR
Soft-380
Med-420
Hard-460

I use my car for both autox and track. So I would prefer to move the bar around and not have to change springs all the time. So more testing is due.

Plan of attack for 2017
Track
450 front 750 rear
BMR-F-Hard setting BMR-R-Med setting

Auto x
450 front 750 rear
BMR-F-soft setting BMR-R-Med setting
