yeah, i can't get over how many people "ordered" cars. Maybe its because i live in a city with 6 or 7 dealers. But I just looked through all the inventory in my city, and found the car I wanted.

Ikr? I had to drive past my dealer everyday for 3 months knowing that the exact car I wanted was just sitting there! It's BS... This purchase wasn't my fault... :headbonk:

I only ordered because our dealer was willing to deal more on a car that wasn't on the lot, that combined with the fact that I wanted a premium gt with leather recaros but didn't want all the drivers aid garbage (blis, adaptive cruise, etc) made it hard to find an inventoried car.

Total order only took 6.5 weeks so no complaints.

I couldn't find what I was looking for. I could only find non-GT convertibles, or ones without the 50 year package.

Since I bought this mustang to partially match my 25 year it was important for me to get exactly what I wanted. Which has lead me to waiting, and wishing I had chosen a different dealer...

It is a pollen wonderland here in Atlanta. Only the start of the season....the next 30 days or so, suck ass. Glad my car rests in a garage.

On the ordering issue. I'm sure many will concur.

When I was looking the nearest car optioned the way I optioned mine, or anything close to it, was 450 miles away. And it wasn't even the right color. Just optioned similar to mine. So yeah ordering was the only option.

And for almost 3 months now I've been enjoying mine. :cheers:
