No way to accomplish this. No aftermarket tuner has figured it out. Give your neighbors a break and keep it in normal mode until you hit the roadway.

starting it open, then closing automatically seems silly, If you want it open it doesn't make much sense to not have a simple remember feature. Makes so much sense there must be an important reason they always start in normal. Could it facilitate faster warm up by chance?

It would be cool if there was a default setting somewhere in the Track apps menu.

A gt350 track key will be introduced soon. I believe it will have this feature.

But we do not want everything in track mode, we just want to exhaust open. I'm sure the track key will change the wheel, shocks, and other options to track.

Idk why there is no default settings, it should be like how some cars remember which color you se the interior to or how it remembers the steering wheel positioning.

The reason it doesn't save sport mode, is that its certified in normal mode. Its why some cars default to a garbage eco mode that is painful to drive.

That's actually a really good point that I didn't think of. I bet you are absolutely right too. It's probably due to some dumb laws.

I thank Ford there is a toggle switch, I see it as a convienence not a pain. How much effort does it take to reach over and tap a toggle 2x?

Track Packs do not have the toggle switch at the bottom in the center. We have to go to through the modes on the steering wheel.

The toggle switch would be nice, but pressing the mode button the steering wheel twice isn't really an inconvenience to me  I start my car and let it idle for about a minute to let oil circulate through the engine. Gives me ample time to set it to sport
