I just picked up a new Mach 1 (2021 left over believe it or not) and like many, the lower front spoiler, gurney flap, and front wheel lip moldings were not installed. They did not have the Gurney flap with the vehicle, and they needed to order. The spoiler on the car is like a grey color and the gurney flap is black. It that the correct color for the gurney flap? Thanks...

No....just went out and looked at mine. Both should be the same color as the mirrors. Almost the same color as the wheels but NOT black!

Thanks for the quick reply. The weird thing is the part number that shows is "KR3Z-6344210-AB" and that what the part number of the gurney flap I just received but it's definitely gloss black? Hmmm

Does anyone have a part number for the pewter color one that matches the spoiler and mirror color?

Just an FYI the color is actually Magnetic Metallic (J7), same color that was offered on the body for several years. It just has a matte/satin finish for the Mach wheels, spoiler/gurney and mirrors instead of gloss. Really cool that Ford did that, something different.

Don’t forget about the HP front wheel arch moldings, the front fascia cooler opening trim and the upper grille trim and the mustang emblem.

Good point! The wheels, mirrors and the Swing/gurney are what seem to get the most attention but yeah they used that color in a lot of cool places. I love black accents but I love that Ford used something different to set the Mach HP apart from everything else

Does anyone actually have the Ford part # for the magnetic gurney flap. The dealer is telling me that no matter what they try and order (even the number above), they keep receiving a black one.

@MrBD1348 might be able to help but my guess is they only sprayed enough spoiler/gurney’s for the M1 HP’s that were produced. Ford probably didn’t want a bunch of them laying around when they were already planning to sell them to the public in black. Just a guess though. You’re most likely going to have to take the black one and have it sprayed in Magnetic Metallic (paint code J7) with the clear coat finished in matte/satin.

If someone can give me the last 8 digits of the VIN with magnetic colored gurney then I can dig a little deeper for you

Gurney Flap part number that shipped with that car is: MR3Z-6344210-AB.

If necessary the engineering number (more specific than regular part number): MR3B44212AA5FM6
