Splitter Guard Washers

just got the splitter guard washers from ZL1 add ons....they look good and seem to be high quality...haven't installed them yet...just curious if anyone else has installed them...Thx!

I have them, the 1/4 inch or so they add means you scrape more and louder. I have not looked to see how they are holding up.

To me it looked like to install these you would have to drill out the rivets holding the original washers on. I was going to buy these but the stock metal washers seem good enough.

These augment what you already have. You do not drill out any original splitter fasteners, rivets or otherwise.

I have them. I still scrape the leading edge of the splitter but at least the rivets aren't wearing away to nothing anymore.
