Spark Plug Tube Seals

So I recently did spark plugs on my 16 v6 Mustang and found that I have tube seals beginning to fail, has anyone on here done them? If so do you need any specialty tools?

It's not too bad. They're part of the valve cover, so once you have them off it's pretty straightforward. I believe the new OE Ford valve covers come with new ones pre installed. If you opt to replace them you just need a right angle pick tool and some patience.
