Seen in many times over the years tuning turbo cars. Your issue does sound like spark blowout to me. It can get better as the car gets hot but it is still doing it most likely. Check gap and close by 0.002" until it clears up. We would gap at 0.035" at 15psi, 0.032" at 20psi, 0.030" at 25psi, 0.028" at 28psi and 0.026" at 30psi.

Wrong heat range plugs or weak/bad plugs can cause as well.
Mind a question? So going with your gap/psi ratios, wondering what the downside is to gapping say a ProCharger car to the recommended .035" or even .032" when the boost is only 8-10 psi? Going by your examples it would seem like 8-10psi should be more around .037-.038". Just curious what the thoughts are on that?

Ok, seeing as how the drivers side will be a huge pita I knocked out the passenger side tonight after work. Most were at .040.... Had one at .042
During the install I had a buddy doing that side. So, I'll see how she runs after the gym tomorrow. If still like shit, just a little better then I'll pull the blower. New gap set at .030

Wow dude that was your problem,i bet anything your car runs alot better now.Thats a big gap. Also pass side is easy too, spark plug socket 3in extension and a swivel on the end.Might have to assemble it in pieces to get it to fit that last plug but will be no problem.
