[SOLVED] help needed identifying front brake pad make

Today marks the first time ever that I worked on any car; I installed fresh front pads. Out of curiosity I wanted to check the make of the old ones, since my lovely mechanic was unable to tell me (go figure). While I did google for a bit, I came up short. Does anyone recognise the make from the picture below? Keep in mind that I have no idea if the pads are european or american made.

OMFG they're 20€ on there and my mechanic charged me 349€... that mtfkr. no wonder he was "unable to tell" me what brand he put on.
