All the stuff that's being replaced are stuff the tech damaged while he was replacing my dash. This is long and annoying.
That is the worrying part, even though my dealer is pretty good at being professional & maintaining the customer vehicle, sh!t does happen. We never really know what happens in those test drives. All we can do is hope for the best.

Maybe you can get free oil changes for life? It's the least they could do. I had a dealer run the seat rails down the entire side of my 07 focus while replacing the carpet for a water leak. (Which they couldn't fix, but I did in 30 minutes)They repainted it and replaced various bits they scratched in the interior then paid me $700 for my trouble. I was probably about as pissed as you and they knew it!

Well let's see what happens. I'll be giving them another call on Monday.

If I were OP, I wouldn't let this dealership even change my oil! Probably end up with gear lube in the crankcase and a missing oil filler cap.

Plus a scratch on the hood.

After this I won't even let them service my car. Wouldn't recommend them to friends or family anymore either. They can thank thier tech for ruining a 4 year relationship with that dealer.

Wow what a nightmare, sorry my homie. I had some imperfections on my car but I am afraid of this scenario so I am not even worried about them, though that dash issue is something I would have wanted fixed.

Got it back today!

Everything looks good, car now smells like new paint and new car. Feels so good.

My advisor asked me when i wanted the TSB for my brakes done, I just said "ill call you."

Yeah, i aint going there ever again, nor would i recommend anyone to that dealer ever again.

Wow, that sucks. I know your pain. I took my car into the Grapevine Ford May 30th for its first oil change, tire rotation, and when I went to pick it up I noticed they had done this to my passenger door handle.

Had an appointment at the body shop to fix in last Wednesday, it's been there a week tomorrow.

A WEEK????? That is a two day at the absolute most!!!! Of course, the body may have been already busy. But your repair should have went to the front of the line.
