A WEEK????? That is a two day at the absolute most!!!! Of course, the body may have been already busy. But your repair should have went to the front of the line.
I agree, Wednesday the day of my appointment they did nothing to it. Thursday they tried to buff it out(yeah that wasn't going to happen), Friday they did nothing to it, but did finally offer me a free rental car, which I picked up Saturday(a 2015 Dodge Challenger v6, ugh)

Needless to say. I'm never doing business with them again.

Wow, that sucks. I know your pain. I took my car into the Grapevine Ford May 30th for its first oil change, tire rotation, and when I went to pick it up I noticed they had done this to my passenger door handle.

Had an appointment at the body shop to fix in last Wednesday, it's been there a week tomorrow.
Yea, being a former paint and body man, that's one of those "I'll teach you to bitch about little things like this!" moments. they're plain and simple fucking with you. 1 hour to tape up and cover the car, 10 min to sand the handle smooth and about 1 hour to shoot with drying time between coats.
I wonder if they just went too far and insisted on tearing the door apart and removing the handle? If so, expect rattles now.
