Shout out to Ford Performance

I've never owned a Ford product until the purchase of my GT350 HEP back in July. Bought the oil-air separator and noticed after a couple months that one of the hoses was missing an O-ring seal. I e-mailed Ford Performance with some pics and proof of my order from them. Someone responded the next day and then 2 days after that, I received via FedEx a new set of hoses. Pleasantly surprised thus far with my first time Ford experience. Not what I was expecting. Thank you Ford Performance.

Yes I was pleasantly surprised, but I can trump that

I bought a new torsen, 4:09 gear and fitting kit of a guy who had bought all the kit new but didn’t fit it.

The fitting kit was missing a bearing. The guy I bought it off tried to claim back through the supplier (multiple times) but with no response.

I contacted ford performance and in three working days :

It arrived in the U.K. !

They are great. I purchased a new 2018 GT350 back in April of this year. After about three months, I sent an email asking about my owners supplement box. I emailed some pictures to confirm my purchase and chassis number, FedEx delivered my box about a month later. I would say a month to get 2018 kit put together was much faster than I expected.
